1. Where is my order shipped from ?
All of the orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Malaysia.
2. Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?
Please contact HanaVillage Support Team at email@example.com immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel. Full refund will be issued if we have not processed your order, however if your order has been packed and ready to ship, we may charge a certain fees (10-20% of your total order) before issue refund to you. No refund will be made if your order has been shipped.
3. The item I want to buy is out of stock, when will you restock?
We don't currently have the facility to let you know when an item is due back in stock. You may check the product page at least another one month time.
1. What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master or any credit/debit card through Stripe gateway.
2. I do not have debit or credit card, do you accept money order or sealed cash?
We do not accept any kind of payment method beside PayPal, debit and credit card payment.
1. What is the life span of the cosmetic products?
Please check on the expiry date on product packaging. You should get rid of any makeup that is past its expiration date to maintain its safeness for application.

Liquid & Cream Foundation – 2 years

Perfume – 3 years
Powders (including blush, eye shadow powdery texture) – 1 to 3 years
