We provide worldwide shipping with subject to respective countries restrictions.

Most orders will ship out within 2-3 working days of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sunday and holidays. Note that the delivery time frame does not include order processing day. Flat rate is charged per order. There is no more hidden charges.

All items are checked to be in perfect condition when we despatch them. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time HanaVillage cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions and etc.

1)    How soon will you dispatch my order?

Most orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of ordering. Saturdays, Sundays and local holidays are not counted as working days.  


2)    Does my order come with tracking number?

Yes, every order comes with tracking number. We update tracking number in your order account after 1-2 days order shipped. Please do not worry if you do not find tracking number from there, it might be our staff hasn't update it while your order has been shipped already.


3)    Do I need to pay duties & taxes?

Please note that all orders are shipped from Malaysia. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office. 


4)    Do you ship to P.O. Box or APO address?

Yes, we do. However the local postal staff might leave you a notice and you need to collect your parcel at post office nearby as every parcel requires your signature. We do not ship to P.O. Box address on Express Mail. Please provide another address or we will dispatch your order by Standard Registered Mail and refund extra cost of express shipping fees.


5)    How to trace my order?

For Standard Shipping, tracking number is traceable with your local postal service website except certain countries postal service who are unable to trace international parcels.

6)    Do I need to be at home during delivery of parcel?

Yes, you need to have someone to be at home in order to sign for the parcel. If there is no one at home, postman will leave you a notice for parcel pick up. Collection place will be written in the note as well.
